Room was small and tatty, shower was very poor, not as good as spears to be on web site, woudnt stay there again
Good value for money considering the room was basic. Convenient for Heathrow.
Did not like the fact that there was only white bread available at breakfast nor that there was not sufficient parking space, although described as a hotel with parking.
V.F.M. Location found hotel in about 20mins after leaving Heathrow, using hire car, good carparking.
The usual, noisey guests slaming doors loud talking late at night etc.
A cheap cheerful hotel especially for short term visitors wishing to be near to Heathrow: A good place for workers sharing rooms. Clean and tidy. Generally pleasant people.
You could be dissapointed if you were staying for a longer term holiday.
The hotel was good value for the area and very close to where i was working making it very usefull
The staff were polite. tea and coffee in the room
The bed was in a disgraceful state with cigarette burns on the duvet cover. The pillows had no pillowcases on them, the shower was stone cold, plaster was falling off the walls (plaster fell on my head whilst I was lying on the bed) and the room was filthy. Room 4 is directly below reception and I was kept awake all night by staff running across the floor and speaking loudly. (despite the fact that I went upstairs at 3am and asked them to be more considerate) I checked out at 5am in utter disgust and went home so I could get some sleep. my whole weekend ruined!
very good staff, very good location for what we needed and close to all links needed to get us where we were going
Army v Navy Rugby Twickenham close to station free parking thats were the fun ended
Drab poor state of rooms cold and damp
Basic Hotel don't moan about it think about it to much you generally get what you pay for the Ritz it's definately not.
I have used the hotel twice before and intend to use it each month.Very good.Very clean.
Free WIFI, able to use own laptop at lobby, near train station and shopping center
Cheap price, good link to Heathrow and London Waterloo, perfect Indian restaurant in 5 min walk from the hotel (Lahori Kebab House).
Extremely small shower and toilet, problems with free wi-fi.
Slightly concerned at booking cheap room rate but pleasantly surprised, clean and ideal for meeting client at heathrow at 6am. Shower superb.
Easy of access to London and being able to leave the car.
Basic. Ensuite was very tired and lack of electrical sockets in the room.
Location was very good being close to Heathrow airport, and good shopping areas. It was a quiet location.
